The Independence Innovation Incubator provides organizations access to subject matter
experts, collaboration tools, and rental space to develop and launch 1st stage businesses. Our unique approach, and proprietary
tools quickly assess the viability of a new project, conceptual idea or initial launch. Our process minimizes the impact on
staff, owners, and investors though a series of collaborative strategy sessions lead by our subject matter experts in the
various areas of business operations, strategy, marketing, structure, and viability. Second stage and growth organizations
work with 375 Second Stage, LLC, our specialized group within the incubator who specialize in merger and acquisitions, joint
venture, alliance partnerships, spin and sell-offs of organizations.
The incubator provides
organizations with additional onsite space for varoius project launches. Onsite options include: - Onsite
tenant clients - Tenant clients are able to co-habitat within our organization providing conceptual and early stage companies
with the opportunity to leverage our shared services, subject matter experts and work areas.
- Aligned client model - Aligned clients utilize our on-site location as needed to supplement or segregate new ventures
from on-going operations. This arrangement allows for the development of an idea without distraction to the ongoing business
operations.
- Acceleration Model - Designed to quickly
move concepts to fruition, Acceleration clients maintain space within the incubator using Incubator resources to coordinate
activities between the subject matter experts, investors, and business relationship.

Dr. David Spencer
CEO - Managing Director Dr. Spencer is the CEO and Managing Director for Independence Innovation Incubator and 375 Second Stage, LLC.
and has previously launched and operated the Michigan Virtual University and Oakland University Incubator.
He is the past President of Walsh College, a highly respected business college located in Michigan.
